When you create an account, download Decor Home AI, or use any of our features, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms of Service along with our Privacy Policy. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Decor Home AI.

We may occasionally update these terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. We will notify you of significant changes, and your continued use of Decor Home AI after updates means you accept the revised terms.

Decor Home AI is designed for adults aged 18 and older. If you are between 13 and 18, you may use our app only with permission and supervision from a parent or guardian.

By using Decor Home AI, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or have parental permission if younger
• You can legally agree to these terms in your country
• You will use Decor Home AI in accordance with all applicable laws
• The information you provide to us is truthful and accurate

Setting Up Your Account

To enjoy all features of Decor Home AI, you will need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide your real name and a valid email address
• Keep your account information up to date
• Choose a strong password and keep it private
• Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
• Take responsibility for all activity on your account

Closing Your Account

You can delete your account anytime through the app settings. We may also suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, misuse our services, or for other reasons we determine necessary to protect our community.

Free and Premium Options

Payment Information

Premium subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. When you subscribe, you agree that:

• Your payment method will be charged when each billing period begins
• We may adjust prices with advance notice
• You are responsible for any taxes that apply in your location
• If payment fails, your premium access may be paused

Canceling and Refunds

Cancel your subscription anytime in the app or through your app store account. You will keep premium access until your current billing period ends. New subscribers can request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment. After that period, subscriptions are non-refundable. For refund requests, email support@decoraihome.com.

Your Photos

You own the photos you upload to Decor Home AI. When you upload a photo, you give us permission to:

• Process your photo through our AI to create designs
• Store your photo securely in your account
• Use anonymized data to improve our AI (with your permission)
• Show your designs within your private account

You can delete your photos anytime. Please only upload photos you have the right to use.

Designs Created by Decor Home AI

The room designs our AI creates for you are yours to use personally. Premium subscribers may also use their designs for:

• Planning your home renovation
• Real estate marketing and listings
• Interior design portfolios
• Sharing with contractors or designers

Free users receive designs for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Decor Home AI's Property

Everything that makes Decor Home AI work—our app, AI technology, designs, logos, and brand—belongs to us and is protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or use our intellectual property without written permission.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, DECOR HOME AI AND ITS TEAM ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Indirect damages or losses from using our services
• Lost profits, data, or business opportunities
• Problems accessing or using the app
• Costs of finding alternative services
• Decisions you make based on AI-generated designs

DECOR HOME AI IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING:

• Warranties that the service will meet all your expectations
• Guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Promises that results will always be accurate
• Commitments that all bugs will be fixed immediately

You agree to defend and protect Decor Home AI, our team, and partners from any claims or losses that arise from:

• How you use or misuse our services
• Violations of these Terms of Service
• Infringement of others' rights, including their intellectual property
• Photos or content you upload
• Breaking any promises you made in these terms

Arbitration Agreement

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you agree that it will be settled through binding arbitration rather than in court. Small claims court is still an option for qualifying disputes.

Individual Claims Only

You agree that any legal proceedings will be conducted individually—not as part of a class action, group claim, or representative lawsuit.

These Terms of Service are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where Decor Home AI operates. Any legal proceedings will take place in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

We are always improving Decor Home AI. This means we may add new features, change existing ones, or discontinue certain services. We may also set limits on features or restrict access to parts of the app as needed.

If any section of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court, that section will be adjusted to the minimum extent necessary, and all other sections will remain fully valid and enforceable.

These Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy, represent the complete agreement between you and Decor Home AI. They replace any previous agreements or understandings about our services.
